Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at TAXXON EYEWEAR. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Rates
All orders placed on the store have Free International Shipping automatically applied at checkout. There are Expedited Shipping options available at checkout at additional costs depending on the region/country being shipped to.
Carriers
We ship worldwide using the safest and most trusted carriers in the market. Depending on the region/country being shipped to, the carrier used for your order might vary, but these include UPS, DHL and FedEx. No matter what the carrier company is, you will receive shipping notifications and order tracking.
Shipment Processing Time
Most orders will ship within 24 to 48hrs, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times can be subject to delays during busy shopping and high volume seasons, or due to reasons that are beyond our control, like your country's customs processing times or carrier/shipment delays.
Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time Estimates
Please note that shipping times might vary and that these are only estimates based on the timeframes specified by our carriers:
For countries in North America, including the US, Canada and Mexico, please expect around 4-8 business days for arrival of your order.
For countries in Europe and the UK, please expect around 7-10 business days for arrival of your order.
For Rest of the World, please expect 7-10 business days or more for arrival of your order.
Note: In some but not all cases, shipping times can be shorter due to reasons related to the carrier. Like mentioned in the previous section, shipping times can be subject to delays during busy shopping and high volume seasons, or due to reasons that are beyond our control, like your country's customs processing times or carrier/shipment delays.
Shipment Confirmation, Notifications & Order Tracking
After you have placed your order and the payment has been confirmed, you will receive a Confirmation email with the details of your order in the email address that you specified during checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and is in possession of one of our carriers, and this email will also contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Taxxon Eyewear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Taxxon Eyewear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and the products were damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
