Thank you for visiting and shopping at TAXXON EYEWEAR. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Exchanges Policy.
Exchanges
At Taxxon Eyewear we do not offer returns or refunds, however we do offer Exchanges on All Orders placed on the store. The following are the details.
If, after your order has arrived, your sunglasses did not fit or for any other reason you would like to exchange them for another pair available at the online store, you can request an exchange during the first 5 days after date of arrival to your home address. After 5 days have passed we can no longer offer the option for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging with all of its contents. To request an exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order confirmation number, as well as the contact information provided during the purchase.
Please contact us through the floating chat bubble or send an email to info@taxxoneyewear.com to request an exchange. We will reply as soon as possible. If all requirements are met, your request will be eligible for an Exchange.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Final sale items cannot be eligible for exchanges.
Shipping for Exchanges
To return your sunglasses for processing an Exchange, please mail your product to:

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs that are necessary for returning the item to us.
Also, for returning to us the item to be exchanged, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since the shipping is not being controlled by us and therefore we cannot be guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on your country/region of residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
