Free Shipping is applied automatically to all orders at checkout. We ship worldwide using safe and trusted carriers, including UPS, DHL and FedEx.

Most orders will ship within 48hrs, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times can be subject to delays during busy shopping and high volume seasons, or due to reasons beyond our control, like your country's customs processing times or carrier delays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Returns and Refunds policy offers 14 days after date of purchase during which you can request to return your items. If all requirements are met, your request will be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

To request a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order confirmation number, as well as the contact information provided during the purchase. Please send an email to info@taxxoneyewear.com to request a return.
